Focus is to facilitate meetings between prospects and internal recruiters.

Responsibilities for this part-time position:

• Engage with prospects to effectively communicate the advantages of our services, fostering sales growth.
• Cultivate and nurture relationships with clients, setting up meetings between prospect and recruiter.
• Identify and qualify potential customers through targeted outreach and engagement strategies. Such strategies include cold emailing, cold calling, and social selling.
• Educate prospective clients about the unique value propositions of our offerings.
• Continuously stay updated on industry trends and understanding who may benefit from our offerings.

• Demonstrated strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets or a strong motivation to excel in a sales-driven environment.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Proficient computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
