We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and managing resources to ensure that project goals are met in a timely and cost-effective manner. The Project Manager will also be expected to develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, ensuring that their needs are met throughout the duration of the project.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $110,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year

Responsibilities:

• Staff key positions and coordinate staffing with US Operations and department heads.
• Set project objectives, policies, and performance standards.
• Facilitate communication with clients and oversee construction activities.
• Monitor/control construction, investigate issues, and implement corrective measures.
• Represent the company in project meetings and manage contract finances.
• Ensure safe work practices and follow health and safety guidelines.
• Provide leadership, support, and procurement expertise.
• Support Change Management, Cost Estimating, and scheduling.
• Assume additional responsibilities as directed.

• Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 7-10 years of construction management experience
• 3-5 years of water/wastewater project experience. This is a must.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
